Programme Overview

This programme is specifically designed for individuals passionate about being an educator equipped with professional
knowledge, skills and innovative ideas to engage and inspire young minds. Our programme has distinct features to enhance
your credentials as educators and prepare you with industry-aligned communication and analytic skills that are much
required in this industry. The programme provides opportunities to qualify for practical value and relevance to your future
undertakings. Each course has provided opportunities to develop a scholarly approach to early childhood education and the
acquired expertise necessary for working with young learners.

Entry Requirements

STPM

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade
    C (GP 2.0) in any two subjects or its equivalent; OR

 

STAM

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid;
    OR

MATRICULATION
• A pass in Matriculation/Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or its
  equivalent; OR

Diploma

• A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in ECE with at least a CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00; OR
• A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in the relevant fields with at least a CGPA of 2.00 out
of 4:00;

 

DKM
• A Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM)/Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia
(DLKM)/Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM)** in ECE subject to the HEP
Senate/Academic Board’s approval. HEPs are required to conduct screening
and provide relevant bridging courses; OR

 

OTHER 

• Other relevant or equivalent qualifications, experience and requirements
accepted by the UNIRAZAK’s Senate/ competent authority in Malaysia.
• Possess an Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL A) for
admission.

> International Applicants

• A minimum score of Band 5.0 in the International English Language Testing
System (IELTS)*; OR
• A minimum score of 40 for an Internet-Based Total (iBFT) for the Test of
English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)*; OR A minimum score of 7.5 for
TOEFL Essentials (online); OR
• A minimum score of High B1 (154) in Linguaskill Test; OR
• A minimum score of 47 in the Pearson Test of English (PTE); OR
• A minimum score of High B1 (154) in Cambridge English Qualifications and
Tests; OR
• A minimum score of Band 3.5 on the Malaysian University English Test
(MUET); OR
• Successful attainment of High B1 (154) in CEFR-aligned exams by Cambridge
English Qualification conducted by the Centre for Continuing Education
(CCE)

 

> Note

The conditional offer letter will be issued to an international student who has not
met the English Proficiency Requirement.
