The history of the development of the Tun Razak Graduate School goes beyond twenty years when it was known as the Centre for Graduate Studies. In 1998 the Centre for Graduate Studies was established to coordinate postgraduate studies and research activities at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

The Bank Rakyat School of Business, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (BRSBITE) is proud of its long-standing formative business programmes of entrepreneurship and Islamic banking and finance with professional accreditation when the school was formed. The school now offers a multitude of interdisciplinary programmes that are industry-driven and flexible.

Tun Ahmad Sarji School of Goverment and Public Services (TASSGSP) is the leading centre for the study of Public Policy in Malaysia. Just like Tun Ahmad Sarji, we have a strong focus on economic development, governance and nation-building, both in our teaching and research.
Through our undergraduate programmes in Economics, Government and Public Policy as well as Leadership, we provide students with not only a strong academic rigour but also hands-on skills in project management and implementation.

The Centre for General Studies (CGS) has a vital role of offering and managing required Malaysia Qualifications Agency (MQA) courses, soft skills courses, and language proficiency courses across all UNIRAZAK programmes.
Our mission is to provide engaging, up-to-date, and diverse lifelong learning skills and knowledge that integrates across disciplines. These skills deliver UNIRAZAK’s learning outcomes including writing, critical thinking, constitutional awareness, community outreach and communication skills.

UNIRAZAK offers Foundation in Arts. Centre for Foundation Studies (CFS) is responsible for handling matters pertaining to the academic studies of foundation students.
The one-year pre-university programme is designed for school leavers as a preparation to enrol in our bachelor’s degree programmes.
Students with SPM or equivalent qualifications are required to complete 50 credits with good grades to enrol in any degree programme offered at UNIRAZAK.

Our journey commenced in 2008 when we initially established ourselves as a fledgling educational platform. Over time, we evolved into the premier source of professional development and lifelong learning in Kuala Lumpur.
CCE was established in March 2018 through the amalgamation of the Centre for English Language and the Centre for Executive Education. This
transformation was part of our commitment to better serve both our local community and the broader public by providing valuable knowledge and information, transcending the boundaries of the university.

Integration of professional certification into UNIRAZAK bachelor’s degree programmes through strategic collaboration goes back a decade. The initiative was successful with more than 99% of the university’s graduates having secured employment within 6 months of graduation of which 75% were employed with Tier 1 companies
This inspired the university to extend its collaborations with professional bodies to benefit UNIRAZAK graduates’ continuous education while offering those seeking the same qualifications an opportunity to pursue their professional certification courses in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
