This course is an extension of Financial Accounting IV. This course covers the conceptual framework and provides the knowledge needed to prepare statement of cash flows and simple group accounting.

• To understand the conceptual framework.
• Prepare the statement of cash flow and consolidated financial statements by adopting appropriate accounting standards.
• Identify accounting treatments for preparation of financial statement related to joint ventures and associate companies.
