The course provides the analysis and design of curriculum based on basic assumptions underlying curriculum for young children to prepare learners to improve teaching practices, and to provide direction to future decision making on programs and materials, by focusing on children’s rights and adults’ responsibilities in education, future curriculum of early childhood education, and major issues and challenges in early childhood education.
