Universiti Tun Abdul Razak is a registered University accredited by 'Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)' under the Ministry of Human Resources. We offer various skills programme ranging from Malaysian Skill Certificate ('SKM Level 3') to Malaysian Skill Diploma ('DKM Level 4') as Single-Tier and Multi-Tier for school leavers.
We are also an accredited Assessment Centre for Prior Learning Assessment (PB-PPT), which can be conducted through Practical Assessment (PPA-PPT) or through a special Portfolio assessment for individuals who are employed and have experience in the field.

The Practical Assessment Centre (PPA-PPT) has gain approval from the 'Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)' to conduct practical assessments using the PPT method and based on National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) as listed in the current Standard Register, as well as other certified requirements. Age
17 Years Old : Application for Modular and SKM Levels 1, 2, and 3
21 Years Old : Application for SKM Level 4 (DKM)
23 Years Old : Application for SKM Level 5 (DLKM)
Meet the prerequisites as outlined in the Standard if applicable
Holds a lower-level SKM for the application of a higher-level SKM within the same program group
Have relevant work experience at the level applied for, either within or outside the country. as specified in Schedule 1
Not allowed to apply for the same program if you already possess an SKM/DKM/DLKM for that program
Holds a valid identification document
Have a valid work permit issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia
Submits the application no later than six (6) months before the expiration date of the work permit (for temporary permits)
Currently employed in any company that is operating and registered in Malaysia
Have more than two (2) years of continuous work experience in Malaysia
Candidates must be able to speak either Bahasa Malaysia or English
