The course exposes to the students the communication and psychological perspectives in teaching and learning; learner and teacher characteristics, and designing of instruction; evolution of educational technology, personal computers, digital technologies, administrative and academic software, the use of web and internet in teaching and learning, traditional audio and visual technologies, traditional audio media, and digital video technology.

• Explain learning design in regards of teaching and learning, psychological perspectives in education, & learner & teacher characteristics
• Select plan of instruction and create viable lesson plan; explain evolution of educational technology and personal computers
• Integrate application of digital technologies, administrative & academic software in teaching and learning
• Propose activities combining traditional audio and visual technologies, traditional audio media, and digital video technology
