The highlight will be on importance of Shariah governance in Islamic finance which is accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission guidelines as well as AAOIFI and IFSB standards. In this course, students will discuss on the roles and responsibilities of Shariah committee/officers/advisors in every related institutions.
Students will also discover the governance framework, standards and requirements outlined by regulators.

• Adhere legal aspects and governance's from the perspective of a leader and manager in Islamic Finance industry.
