Synopsis

The course begins by exploring the specific provision for taxation in specialised industries. It will then dwell in depth taxation rules and regulations in the various industries such as Fund management, insurance, investment holding, sea and air transport, banking, trust bodies, clubs and trade association.

Learning Outcomes

Describe corporate tax return submission to the IRB for the specialised industries.
Propose solution to some basic specialised Industry for tax computation.
Compute tax liability for specialised industries.
