In this position, you'll play a key role in developing, delivering and teaching course content, managing classroom activities, and supporting students' academic and personal growth. This position requires expertise in curriculum development, teaching, and a commitment to student success.

1. Pedagogy/Curriculum Development

• To prepare course plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, class, discussions, etc. which are necessary for effective learning by students
•  To prepare teaching materials such as notes, slides, etc. for student learning
• To teach, tutor or instruct in accordance to the approved course plans and scheme of work
•  To develop, review, and update all course plans, schemes of work, syllabi from time to time to reflect current practice
• To prepare test/examination questions together with appropriate marking schemes in a timely fashion as and when required
• To grade all assignments, tests, tutorials, projects, examinations, etc. in order to evaluate students’ academic performance
• To review past examination papers with students whenever necessary

2. Class Management

• To monitor students’ attendance and report on absenteeism
• To prepare testimonials and reference letters for students, if required

3. Pastoral Care

• To provide pastoral care to students to ensure total development of students by participating in all activities designed for that purpose
• To provide counseling and advice to students

• PhD or Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship or Information Technology
• Experience in education industry is an added advantage
• Prior teaching experience of at least 2-3 years
