This course highlights numerous issues that are raised as the Internet expands into human everyday life such as privacy, reliability and risks, freedom of speech, computer crimes and intellectual property rights.

• Study ethics, privacy, freedom of speech and intellectual property to deal with computer ethic problems.
• Explain the underlying concepts of computer technology, ethical behavior, and professional codes of ethics to make rational decisions.
• Identify reasoned judgments about policy issues regarding computing technology.
