This course will explore Islamic worldview and perspectives of leadership and governance. It also examine the concepts and principles of “tawhidic”, its framework and its influence on leadership effectiveness, organisational health, learning organisations, organisational values, culture, norms, and beliefs. The deliberation on leadership also explore leadership hierarchy in respect to leader-fellow structure, leader-follower structure and their relationship within organisational setting drawing upon models, experiences and contemporary ideas on leadership and governance in Islam.

• Explain basic Islamic leadership and governance concepts relating to administration and management of organisation.
• Interpret the actual scenario of Islamic leadership and good governance principles to organisation behavior.
• Recognise Islamic worldview of leadership and governance.
• Integrate leadership and governance functions within the “Tawhidic” framework.
