This course differentiates leadership from leader where the former is closely connected to expectation of investors and customers outside the organization. Individual leaders are important but building leadership is even more important to create leaders of next generation. Particularly, building leadership brand will ensure the delivery of right results in organizations. The course will relate the principles of leadership brand to practice by through the presentation of relevant cases in business, non-profit and government organizations.
