The course is designed to provide students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge on the dynamic roles of leaders in a changing business environment. This course explores various approaches of leadership dealing with change, teams, culture, and personalities. Through case studies, students will learn current practices and trends as well as be able to examine complexities of circumstances facing leaders of organizations.

• To compare the similarities and differences between leadership and organizational management
• To discuss the know-how on creating and sustaining leadership effectiveness in relation to an organization’s performance and leadership challenges in a multi-cultural environment
• To demonstrate a better understanding on how to relate to followers and vice-versa, and the managerial tools and techniques on how to manage and lead teams.
