This seminar is designed to provide practicing or potential leaders with the knowledge and skills required by the role. Through this seminar students will learn how to communicate effectively, balance conflicting priorities, conduct structured decision-makings, lead and manage through others, and reflect on issues of leadership performance to understand behaviours.

• To demonstrate the capabilities required when assuming leadership roles in various organisational contexts
• To relate theory to practice, and the application of knowledge pertaining to leadership effectiveness
