The course comprises of discussing the regulatory and industry structure of risk management in Malaysia through understanding both Insurance and Takaful. Products offering in the Takaful industry were then made conversant to the students to ensure that they are knowledgeable in providing Islamic financial plan advising services. This knowledge is then embedded into the skill of preparing and recommending appropriate Islamic financial plan for the client in the area of risk management.
