This course covers both the theoretical and analytical of the three major decisions of finance, that is, the Investment, Dividend and Financing decisions. It provides the basic foundation for financial management both in theory and practice.

• Analyse company’s financial management and its implication to a company’s overall efficiency, as well as the industry.
• Demonstrate skill in conducting projects’ valuation through the risk and return assessment and discounting and compounding techniques.
• Propose through a group work , a solution to company effective cost of capital with the usage of Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC).
