The intern will be responsible to assist in managing LMS system in UNIRAZAK (UROX) under the guidance of UNIRAZAK Digital Design & Development Department (UR3D)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and assess learning needs, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
2. Create instructional materials, including scripts, courseware, and multimedia elements.
3. Employ e-learning technologies and learning management systems for content delivery and tracking.
4. Work closely with faculty, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders.
5. Implement assessment tools and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
7. Create materials accessible to all students, respecting diverse learning styles.

Qualifications:
1. Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
2. Experience in instructional design, preferably in a higher education setting.
3. Proficiency in e-learning technologies and LMS.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Commitment to creating inclusive and accessible educational materials.
