This supervision Programme is a continuation of SKM Level 3 Programme in order to further enhance skills and knowledge in the pedagogical and intellectual of early childhood care & development.

Exposure to the aspects of curriculum development for early childhood care and education is based on the PERMATA curriculum, which covers 7 stages of child development, namely Physical Development, Early Mathematics and Logical Thinking Development, Understanding of Senses and the Environment, Language and Early Literacy Development, Character, Socio-Emotional and Spiritual Development, Creativity and Aesthetics Development, Creative Arts and Music Movement Development, and Balanced Nutrition Skills for children under 4 years old.

The Programme assessment is based on theoretical learning in the classroom and practical exercises in the industry (childcare centres) according to the regulations set by the 'Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)' under Ministry of Human Resources.
