This course aims to provide an outline to be customer-centric in marketing strategies. It will provide explanation of concepts, metrics and techniques which form the backbone of CRM activities. It will also emphasize current development in the field of customer relationships with examples that tie concepts with real world scenarios. Students will explore the implications of customer relationships on marketing activities. The course will also look at the potential for the growth of customer relationship as the dominant form of marketing stategy.
