Synopsis

This course is a final year course that insists on the application and analysis of accumulated prior management and entrepreneurial courses over the undergraduate academic years. It covers the application of prior management and entrepreneur courses in a global and cross- cultural perspectives and business environment. It examines the different cultural, geopolitical and economic issues in various foreign countries globally.

Learning Outcomes

  • Describe the ways in which culture varies. How that variance systematically affects organizations and how people can recognize cultural variance within their own work environments
  • Present integrated approach to cross cultural management which includes problem solving, developing multicultural teams, leadership and decision making, conflict management and negotiation
  • Verify human resource management questions involved in managing one’s life and career while moving across international borders
