Customer Relationship Management is rapidly becoming an important initiative for most organisations when trying to improve their marketing programs. Systematically developing better customer relationship management adds value to the supply chain regardless of the channels of distribution. This module enables candidates to develop coherent customer relationship management plans that incorporate strategic and tactical dimensions. This course focuses on the development and implementation of relationship strategies via the use of strategic initiatives for the service sector. Topics covered in the module include customer behaviour, services marketing, customer relationship management strategy and implementation and corporate social responsibility.
