This course guides students to undertake a research project and complete it according to requirements set forth by the school in the following areas: Title of the research, Introduction, Background, Problem statement, Research questions/hypotheses, Significance of the study, Outline of the report, Literature Review, Underpinning theory, Theoretical/conceptual framework, Review of prior empirical studies and hypothesis development.

• Undertake a research project relevant to an emerging topic in the field of education
• Develop the research background, problem statement and purpose/objectives/ rsearch question, significance and definition of terms
• Develop a comprehensive study of literature related to the research area identified
• Write a systematic review of literature
