This preparatory course will give the students the opportunity to communicate effectively and confidently in English. The course focuses on the techniques of producing good spoken discourse which includes sharing ideas and telephone conversations. Aspects of flow, voice and tone will be introduced to improve intelligibility and communicability. Some elements of business writing is incorporated through in-class tasks and assignments.
