While pedagogy is the art and science of helping kids learn, andragogy is the art and science of helping adults learn. Considering that the 21st century classroom is more diverse than the last decade, this course provides students with the understanding of pedagogy-andragogy-synergogy as systematic approaches of teaching based on learners age, ability and preferences. This course covers model of instruction, smart and practical pedagogy, principles of adults lerning as well as e-learning for adults.

• Discuss the differences between the concepts of pedagogy and andragogy based on models of instruction.
• Differentiate the elements of practical and smart pedagogy
• Develop a model of instruction based on the principles of adult learning
• Create e-learning courses for a selected course/ subject for adult learners using technology tools and/or e-learning platform.
