This course aims to provide knowledge on issues concerning industry structures, policies toward business, and the strategic innovations and mistakes of individual firms. This knowledge will assist students to understand the industry and firms better, consecutively increasing their chances of creating value relating to clients and relationships in order to be successful in professional selling.
