This course examines the nature and issues of different culture within and outside the organizations. The movement of women and minorities into the workforce, the expansion of corporations into foreign markets, and the increasing prevalence of organizational restructuring in the form of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business alliances has ensured that today's employees will encounter cultural diversity in their daily organizational life. As a direct result, the need for proper understanding and management of this diversity has increased in order for them to live and work effectively.
