This course is designed to impart knowledge to students about the basic concepts and principles of management especially in the areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, human resource and international business. The course will also discuss current business issues that are relevant to this programme.  

• Explain basic concepts and theories on management;
• Explain how organizations adapt to an uncertain environment and identify techniques managers use to influence and control the internal environment; and
• Practice the process of management's four functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
