This course is designed to assist candidates in acquiring thorough knowledge of Islamic Estate, Retirement and Waqf planning within the scope of Islamic Financial Planning. Candidates are provided with knowledge of the legal framework affecting the estates of Muslim and Non-Muslim. The coverage includes tools available for estate planning and estate distributions in compliance with Shariah, as well as based on Civil Law for comparison purpose. The course also discusses waqf and its importance in the contemporary society, and its application in estate planning.
