Organisation development is the planned and systematic enabling of sustained performance in an organisation through the involvement of its people. The course will provide information on organisation design and development, organisation effectiveness and transformation, reorganisation, restructuring, organisation tools, techniques and diagnostics fir international environment.

• Describe the features and benefits of the various models of change and organisation design.
• Discuss issue merits organisation design or redesign, make informed structural decisions in relation to the organisation or business issue and assess the organisation’s readiness for change.
• Explain the organisation capability needed, risks involved in the design project to sustain flexibility and adaptability.
• Identify the distinctions between organizational management, leadership and change.
