This course aims to equip students/graduates with a comprehensive coverage on sales management. As the nature of professional selling evolves, so does the role of the sales manager. Sales managers today are viewed as leaders rather than bosses. As such, knowledge on empowerment, collaboration and coaching are more important to ensure responsibility to direct and coordinate marketing efforts can be executed by sales manager. The course aims to provide a head-start to become an efficient Sales Manager - a leader who is able to bridge the gap between marketing strategies and sales implementation.
