This course provides an overview of the creative problem-solving process and its relevance to modern managers in the public and private sectors. Topics ma include ideas, skills and models of creative problem solving and also different creative problem-solving techniques.

• Apply concepts and theories of creative problem solving to improve decision-making process
• Present creative problem-solving project for chosen personal, organisational, and/or social problems
• Discuss with appropriate approach some issues in creative problem-solving
