In becoming professional ECE practitioners, there are few important areas that needed communication skills to facilitate the professional development and communication between teacher and children, among or between practitioners, colleagues, parents and the community in general. It incorporates elements of Business Communications that will facilitates positive and healthy correspondence and interactions skills between the two parties. Students will learn Communication Skills, Instructional Skills and People Skills to help them be effective and efficient in the relevant areas of communication.

• Distinguish appropriate language in engaging with verbal communication with children, parents, colleagues and community
• Prepare correspondence written documents such as cover letters, memorandum, Reports and Minutes of Meetings
• Prepare and present professional resume/curriculum vitae and visume that illustrates professional development
