The course introduces to students the importance of an effective Project Management system in helping organizations define and achieve long-term and short-term Project goals. It explains and reinforces the concept that Project Management is not a one-time event, but an ongoing process of planning, facilitating, assessing, and improving individual and organizational performance by providing Projects. Attention will be given to the performance measurement in all Project investments. This course takes into consideration while providing Projects the relationship between cognition, behavior, and result of the various Projects.

• Comprehend methods to facilitate Projects by linking initiatives based on the performance of individuals as well as groups.
• Apply various approaches in Project Management.
• Analyze how Projects implemented will facilitate growth in revenues, assets, and market share.
