This course is a study on the concepts, design, analysis and reporting of research in psychology. Among major topics discussed are overview of research in psychology, scientific enquiry, research process, research problems, research objectives and hypothesis, the theoretical framework, the literature review, the research proposal, the research design, sampling, data collection, data analysis and interpretation, making oral and written reports and ethics and values in psychological research.

• Explain various methods, processes, and ethics of quantitative and qualitative research
• Organize research activities from literature review to research design to produce research proposal
• Follow scientific research principles and ethical guidelines in preparing research proposal
