The course focuses on the understanding and effective application of psychological concepts and principles in the learning and instructional processes. It also covers the development of teaching methods and lesson plans to enhance student motivation and celebrate student diversity.

• Discuss the terms “spirituality, wholeness in holiness, balanced individuals, God Consciousness, and spiritual intelligence”, based on RukunNegara and NEP.
• Analyze the conceptual understanding of Qalb and its relation to spirituality as the most important component of human beings and its connection to education.
• Propose a qalb-guided teacher leadership framework that includes behaviors, competencies, and traits for developing impactful teachers/ educational leaders.
