This course provides students with skills and knowledge to develop their teacher leadership skills as they examine four key practices of improvement: use of data, collaborative learning, professional learning community and instructional coaching.

• Discuss the roles of teacher leaders and importance of instructional coaching to promote teacher professional development
• Use data to support teacher effectiveness using principles of coaching
• Propose instructional coaching using pre-during-post coaching cycle’s to support colleagues’ learning
• Identify students' data and profiling to advocate learning
