In this capstone course, students will apply the knowledge and skills they have gained in prior coursework as they explore current trends and issues in workplace that arise in response to the changes in employment landscape. Issues related to global workforce, prominence of technology, work life quality, discrimination and other pertinent issues would be discussed and analyzed particularly within the Malaysian workplace context. This course has a contemporary nature and current issues will be the focus.

• Present current trends and emerging workplace trends and issues.
• Describe the cause and effect relationships of workplace trends and issues.
• Propose strategies for managing and controlling changes in career demands and the impact of these issues on personal and professional levels.
