Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and Genius Aulad

Kuala Lumpur, 30th August – In line with the increasing demand for high-quality teaching and learning professionals, especially in the Early Childhood Education community in Malaysia, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) and Genius Aulad International Group (Genius Aulad) recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during a virtual signing ceremony.

As two well-established educational institutions, UNIRAZAK and Genius Aulad will embark on a collaborative partnership that aims to foster and facilitate the advancement of knowledge and practices for the Early Childhood Education community.

UNIRAZAK was represented by its Vice-Chancellor, YBhg. Prof. Datin Paduka Dr. Samsinar Md Sidin while Genius Aulad was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, En. Ahmad Ismail, in signing the MoU. Other distinguished guests present in the momentous occasion were En. Amil Izham Hamzah, Chief Executive Officer, UNIRAZAK, En. Mohamed Fairuz Mohamed Noor, Chief Operating Officer, UNIRAZAK, YBhg. Datin Paduka Zaliza Alias, Chief Executive Officer, GAINS Education Group as well as Cik Farah Hanisah Md Yusoff, Head of Education Department, Genius Aulad.

The signing of the MoU looks to formalise the cooperation between UNIRAZAK and Genius Aulad in many areas including academic cooperation, recognition of internal training programmes, cooperation in the development of modules in Early Childhood Education as well as joint cooperation in the establishment of a support centre for Early Childhood Education professional practices and other areas of mutual interest.

YBhg. Prof. Datin Paduka Dr. Samsinar Md Sidin in her speech said that these initiatives of academic, research and knowledge will lead to many benefits for both institutions.

“This MoU is not only an excellent example of the strength of cooperation between our institutions, but it is also a clear indicator that our institutions recognise the importance of qualified Early Childhood Education professionals in the field and the relationship between teachers’ qualifications as well as the quality of early childhood learning environment.”

“Teamwork like this is fundamental to sustainable success in the entire education sector, including Early Childhood Education,” added YBhg. Prof. Datin Paduka Dr. Samsinar Md Sidin.
