UNIRAZAK recently hosted the first Sijil Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) induction course for the year 2024 at its campus in Kuala Lumpur. The event was a resounding success, drawing attendees from various industries interested in becoming SLDN coaches or opening a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centre.
The event's primary objective was to build and train SLDN Training Center Managers, SLDN instructors, SLDN programme coordinators, and SLDN coaches. Through insightful workshops and engaging discussions, participants gained valuable insights into the SLDN programme, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
One of the event's key highlights was the active participation of industry players, highlighting the growing interest and commitment towards enhancing the TVET landscape in Malaysia. Their presence underscored the importance of the SLDN programme in bridging the gap between education and industry, ensuring that graduates are equipped with the skills required in today's competitive job market.
As the event concluded successfully, UNIRAZAK announced that a similar induction course would be held monthly, providing more opportunities for individuals and organisations to join the TVET ecosystem. The initiative reflects UNIRAZAK's commitment to promoting lifelong learning and fostering a skilled workforce that meets the demands of the evolving economy.
For those interested in joining this transformative journey, mark your calendar for the upcoming SLDN induction course at UNIRAZAK. Join us as we continue to shape the future of TVET in Malaysia and beyond. Together, we can build a brighter tomorrow through education and skills development.
