UNIRAZAK Student Emerges Champion in Pidato Piala Tuanku Kurshiah 2026 IPT Category

Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of its student, Muhammad Faizal Isahak, who created history after being crowned champion of the Pertandingan Pidato Piala Tuanku Kurshiah 2026 Peringkat Institut Pengajian Tinggi (IPT).

Muhammad Faizal secured first place after outperforming five other finalists in the grand finale held at Balai Seminar Tun Dr. Hamdan Sheikh Tahir, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP) on 16 – 17 May 2026. The prestigious competition featured speeches centred on the theme “Revolusi Bioindustri: Antara Bioteknologi dengan Batas Etika”.

As champion, Muhammad Faizal brought home RM2,000 in cash, a challenge trophy, an individual trophy, and a certificate of appreciation presented by Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka.

The prize-giving ceremony was officiated by Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Malaya, Prof. Dr. Hasniza Zaman Huri, accompanied by Director of DBP Central Region, Puan Nurul Julia Alani Henry, with attendance from representatives of the Jabatan Pendidikan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (JPWPKL), Kolej Kediaman Tunku Kurshiah, and Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP).

His victory marks a proud milestone for the UNIRAZAK community but also reflects the university’s commitment to nurturing confident, articulate, and high-achieving students.
