Since its establishment on 15 February 2024, the UNIRAZAK Islamic Centre has been led by Ustaz Aizuddin Hakim bin Mohd Yusof. To realise its establishment goals, the UNIRAZAK Islamic Centre focuses on organising several activities such as:

  • Management of congregational prayers

The Islamic Centre plays a role in planning, coordinating, and ensuring that congregational prayers are conducted in an orderly and proper manner. This effort includes setting prayer times, appointing and scheduling the duty roster for Imams and Bilals, ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the prayer area, and arranging orderly prayer rows (Saf ), including managing separate spaces for male and female congregants.

  • Organisation of religious lectures

Carrying out the process of planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring activities or classes related to religious knowledge to ensure they run in an orderly manner and achieve the intended objectives. This includes determining the topics and syllabus of the activities, selecting suitable speakers, setting the dates, times, and locations of the sessions, managing participants through registration, notifications, and attendance tracking, preparing appropriate venues, equipment, and learning materials, as well as ensuring that the sessions proceed smoothly and are beneficial.

  • Conducting workshops on strengthening faith (‘Aqidah) and worship (‘Ibadah)

Holding a training or course programme that provides explanations, guidance, and practical instruction related to:

  • ‘Aqidah (Faith) – the fundamental beliefs and creed in Islam such as the pillars of faith, monotheism (tawhid), knowing Allah, knowing the Prophets, and matters that nullify one’s faith.
  • ‘Ibadah (Acts of Worship) – obligatory and recommended religious practices such as prayer (salat), fasting (sawm), almsgiving (zakat,

pilgrimage (hajj), supplication (du‘a), remembrance of Allah (dhikr), and proper etiquette in worship.

This organisation process typically involves preparing a learning module, inviting qualified instructors, providing training materials, arranging schedules, and giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and practise what they have learned.

  • Disseminating Islamic preaching (da‘wah) through social media

The aim is to spread knowledge, encourage righteous deeds, correct misconceptions about Islam, and invite people towards goodness in a way that is easily accessible to the public.
