A public manager is a person that oversees the implementation of public policy and leads the public sector in its service to the people. In order to do this job successfully, you need a very specific set of skills -leadership skills, management and administration skills, project management skills, budget and financing skills, and sound communication and other interpersonal skills.

A pass with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any TWO subjects*
Matriculation / Foundation qualification with at least CGPA of 2.00
A pass with a minimum grade of Jayyid and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level;
Note: The requirement for PASS in Mathematics and English at the SPM level can be excluded if the candidate obtained a credit or higher grade at STAM.
A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00
An Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00
